Missing symbol

I've used program several times with beautiful successful pieces. Great program, vibrant color selections, charts and pattern pages are easy to read. My latest has close to 150 colors and a quarter of the way into stitching a symbol  on the pattern didn't make it to the color chart. I've been over it line by line and it doesn't appear. I was able to zoom in on the picture where the symbol appears and color match as close as I can. Haven't had this be an issue before

Well.... it's happened again. Found a second symbol with no corresponding listing on color chart. This brings my total color number up to 150, should I expect to find more? Once again I was able to determine what general area the symbol was located and color matched.

Without knowning the shape of the symbol and viewing the generated pattern it is difficult to determine the cause of this problem. Can you supply more information?
