How to get the backstitch in the patrons?

Al descargar el patrón no viene con el delineado y al bordarlo queda solo una plasta de hilos, sin darle forma a la figura, si alguien sabe cómo hacer que salga el delineado en el patrón al pasarlo de foto a punto de cruz, que me informe por favor.

When downloading the pattern it doesn't come with the outline and when embroidering it, only a bunch of threads are left, without giving shape to the figure. If someone knows how to make the outline appear in the pattern when passing it from photo to cross-stitch, please inform me.
