color codes

I'm very happy I could obtain the scheme from a photo.
I've a canvas and now I want to buy DCM cotone lanato. Unfortunately the color codes do not correspond.
Do you have any suggestions?

sono molto contenta di aver ottenuto lo schema per il mezzo punto da una foto.
Ho il tessuto e ora volevo ordinare i fili di cotone lanato DCM, ma i codici non corrispondono. Sono sicura di aver selezionato dcm.

The DMC 89 soft cotton threads use different colors than the more common DMC 117 stranded cotton threads. I will try to find a reliable source of color information to add to the conversion routines.
