After selecting my picture, it says it is created and may take several minutes.  The "thinking" icon just keeps spinning and I never see the pictures.  I have used my PC and phone and it does the same thing.

The generator has always been TCPDF, but if you can show two different samples, it may be easier to understand your problem and help you in the right direction.

Thanks so much for your quick answer.
How can I send the two examples? I have both the PDF's and print screens with details.
I am using MAC and SAFARI

Hi,

This app is great, I love it.  My following question is not a complain. It is just a technical question.
I would like to have my PDFs patterns produced by macOS not TCPDF. Reason is because I use my Mac as the pattern itself, highlighting icons to better follow the work. When the producer is macOS I can highlight all icons, not in the other case.
I only have one pattern produced by macOS (done in December 21), but I can not get any other..... is there any place to choose the PDF producer from?
I can provide screenshots of both cases for you to better understand my question

I downloaded a pic2pat pattern, printed it and have been using it.  One part of my pattern just got destroyed.  Can I retrieve a pattern on-line from a year ago?  Thanks for your help.  Susan

I have used your site for previously, but not for a long time.
I am trying to create a pattern for a picture, but the colors on page one of the pic seems to be very dull.
Would this be accurate colors for finished project?
