Does anyone else have the problem of the symbols and the colors do not match? The piece I just put through the pattern maker has Queen Elizabeth II with purple hair (not brown) according to the symbol.

Looks like it DOES have the DP colors.  Cool.  I wish there was a way to download the full-sized pattern in one piece so I could go get it printed at FedEx office or something.

Hi
I just made a pattern and chose "diamond painting" for the colors, but the pattern printed out with the DMC flosses instead.  I know the colors are the same for Diamond Painting, but DP has a small percentage of floss colors.  Is there another setting I'm missing?  This is great that I can generate patterns but I need to be able to get one with the limited diamond paint color palette.  Thank you!

Hello,
I try from yesterday to create patterns using Madeira threads. When I select the pattern containing chosen number of colors the PDF is not created nor downloaded or I get redirected to a new empty web page with mention that the webpage can't be accessed.

Hello,

I am trying to convert the file type to something different, but some of the symbols disappear when I convert it. I think that this might be an issue with my computer not having the font that the symbols use and thus not being able to load them. Is there a way that I can get that font to see if that solves my issue?
